Sometimes there are great opportunities in a business which have not been grasped because management is too busy running the day-to-day operations and cannot see growth potential.

Azurenomix conducts independent business assessments in order to add value and expose blind spots. We work with a company's executive team to assess a business, build relationships and extract creativity and value. This process improves the chances of early detection of problems which may have a significant impact on the future of the business, and allows better decision-making by the executive team and the investors.

Our initial review will focus on finance, operations and the current strategic direction of the company. As a matter of course we will look at true gross margins, overheads and potential savings, human resource issues, marketing and sales, and where relevant warehousing and distribution, and production. Our subsequent time spent at the business will allow us to consider improvements in these areas.

Our aim is to improve, revitalise and to turn around problems. We look at management competence and style, non-performing divisions or lines, opportunities outside the focus of executives, and possible mergers and acquisitions.

As a matter of course as we conduct our review we may come across issues which have an impact on the company including corporate governance, policies procedures controls and internal checks, dishonesty and fraud, gaps in knowledge and training, remuneration issues, and consideration of the management reporting financial information.
